30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE We stand behind our service. If you're not satisfied with DoggyQ Premium, we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase - no questions asked.
1. Refund Eligibility
1.1 Standard Refund (30 Days)
You are eligible for a full refund of $6.99 USD if:
✅ You request a refund within 30 days of purchase
✅ You provide a valid order number or email address
✅ The request is made in good faith (no abuse/fraud)
1.2 When Refunds Are Granted
We typically approve refunds for reasons including:
• Not satisfied with breed recommendations
• Technical issues preventing service use
• Purchased by mistake or duplicate purchase
• Changed your mind about getting a dog
• Any other reason - we don't require explanation
NO QUESTIONS ASKED We believe in our service, but we also believe in customer satisfaction. If you're not happy, we'll refund you - simple as that.
2. Refund Restrictions and Exceptions
2.1 After 30 Days
IMPORTANT: After 30 days from purchase date, all sales are FINAL. We cannot provide refunds after this period under any circumstances.
2.2 Abuse and Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse or fraud:
❌ Multiple purchases and refund requests from same user
❌ Abusive or threatening behavior toward support staff
❌ Chargeback filed without contacting us first
❌ Evidence of account sharing or reselling access
❌ Violation of Terms of Service
Pattern of Abuse: If we detect a pattern of purchasing, using the service extensively, then requesting refunds, we may:
• Deny the refund request
• Permanently ban the user account
• Refuse future purchases
2.3 Terms of Service Violations
If your account is terminated for violating our Terms of Service, you are NOT eligible for any refund, regardless of how long ago you made the purchase.
2.4 Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds. Refunds are either:

No refund - after 30 days or policy violations

4. Refund Processing Details
4.1 Processing Time
Verification: 1-2 business days
Processing: 5-7 business days after approval
Bank posting: 3-5 business days (depends on your bank)
Total time: Up to 14 business days from request
4.2 Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only:
Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to same card
Apple Pay/Google Pay: Refunded to linked card
PayPal: Refunded to PayPal account (if available)
IMPORTANT: We CANNOT refund to a different payment method than the original. All refunds are processed through Stripe payment processor.
4.3 Currency and Exchange Rates
Refunds are issued in USD ($6.99). If you paid in a different currency:
• Your bank will convert USD to your local currency
• Exchange rate may differ from original purchase
• Currency conversion fees may apply (bank-dependent)
• We are not responsible for exchange rate differences
4.4 Taxes and Fees
If you paid VAT, sales tax, or other taxes with your purchase:
✅ Full amount including taxes will be refunded
✅ No processing fees deducted
✅ 100% of what you paid will be returned
5. What Happens After Refund
5.1 Account Access
Once refund is approved and processed:
❌ Premium access is immediately revoked
❌ You cannot access premium quiz or results
✅ Free quiz remains accessible
✅ Your account remains active (not deleted)
5.2 Re-purchasing
You are welcome to re-purchase DoggyQ Premium in the future if you change your mind. However:
• Multiple refund requests may trigger fraud review
• We reserve the right to refuse service to repeat refunders
• No special discounts for re-purchasing after refund
5.3 Data Retention
After refund, we retain:
✅ Your account data (unless you request deletion)
✅ Transaction records (required for tax/legal compliance - 7 years)
✅ Free quiz responses (if any)
❌ Premium quiz results are deleted

6. Chargebacks and Disputes
PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE FILING A CHARGEBACK We offer easy, no-questions-asked refunds. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in permanent account suspension.
6.1 Chargeback Policy
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute:
❌ Your account will be immediately suspended
❌ Access to all services will be revoked
❌ We may contest the chargeback if filed improperly
❌ Account may be permanently banned
6.2 Legitimate Disputes
File a chargeback ONLY if:
• You did not authorize the charge (fraud)
• We refused a legitimate refund request within 30 days
• You cannot reach our support (try support@doggyq.com)
6.3 Chargeback Fees
If you file an invalid chargeback (e.g., after receiving refund, or without contacting us), you may be liable for:
• Chargeback processing fees ($15-25)
• Legal fees if we contest
• Permanent service ban
7. Special Cases and Exceptions
7.1 Service Changes
If we make material changes to the service that significantly reduce your rights or features:
✅ You may request pro-rata refund within 30 days of notification
✅ Calculated based on unused portion of lifetime access
7.2 Service Discontinuation
If we discontinue DoggyQ Premium entirely:
✅ All users will receive pro-rata refunds
✅ 90 days notice before service ends
7.3 Technical Issues (Our Fault)
If technical issues on our end prevent you from using the service:

✅ Extended refund window if issue persists
