DoggyQ is a free online dog breed matching quiz that produces breed recommendations from your answers about your home, schedule and experience. There is nothing to buy, no account to create, and no paid tier.

The Service is provided free of charge. We do not take payment, we do not ask for card details, and there is no paid tier, subscription or upgrade. Because nothing is sold, there is nothing to refund — the previous pricing and refund sections of these Terms have been removed rather than left describing a product that does not exist.

If we introduce a paid option in future, these Terms will be updated before it becomes available, and payment terms and refund rights will be set out here.

You may use DoggyQ solely for personal, non-commercial purposes to receive breed recommendations for your own dog selection.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal purposes only. This license does not include any right to:

You retain ownership of any personal information you provide. However, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process anonymized and aggregated data to improve the Service.

DoggyQ is NOT a substitute for professional advice from veterinarians, dog trainers, behaviorists, or breeders. Recommendations are based on algorithmic analysis and should not be solely relied upon for dog selection decisions.

MAXIMUM LIABILITY: The Service is provided free of charge, so to the fullest extent permitted by law our total liability to you is limited accordingly. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights as a consumer under Czech and EU law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Prague, Czech Republic.

Before filing any legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting support@doggyq.com. We will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith within 30 days.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jan & Mark Solutions s.r.o.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
