3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Price

DoggyQ Premium is offered as a one-time payment of $6.99 USD.

3.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

3.3 Taxes

Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for any sales, use, VAT, GST, or other taxes. Taxes will be calculated and added at checkout based on your location.

3.4 Currency and Exchange

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD). If your payment method uses a different currency, your bank or payment provider will convert at their current exchange rate.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract algorithms

• Use automated systems (bots, scripts) to access the service

• Upload malicious code or attempt to hack the service

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Use the service for fraudulent purposes

5.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

7.3 No Guarantees

We do NOT guarantee that:

• Recommended breeds will be compatible with your lifestyle

• You will find a suitable dog based on recommendations

• The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free

• Results will be accurate for your specific situation

• Breed information is complete or up-to-date

7.4 Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JAN & MARK SOLUTIONS S.R.O., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use

• Cost of procuring substitute services

• Damages from dog purchases, training costs, or veterinary expenses

• Incompatibility between you and any dog breed

• Personal injury or property damage caused by dogs

MAXIMUM LIABILITY: In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service ($6.99 USD).

10.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. No refunds will be provided for termination due to Terms violations, regardless of time since purchase.

10.3 Your Right to Terminate

You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account, contact support@doggyq.com. Account deletion does not entitle you to a refund unless within the 30-day refund period.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or prominent notice on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

If you do not agree to modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service. You may be eligible for a pro-rata refund if modifications materially reduce your rights and you request termination within 30 days of notice.

Before filing any legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting support@doggyq.com. We will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith within 30 days.

12.4 Class Action Waiver

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE BROUGHT INDIVIDUALLY AND NOT AS A CLASS ACTION, CONSOLIDATED ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jan & Mark Solutions s.r.o.

13.2 Severability
